Banjarmasin, 26 October 2024 – A workshop titled “Elevating Recruitment Practices & Employer Branding” was successfully held. The event, which was attended by employees in the HR Division of SinarAlam Group from various business units, aims to improve the quality of the recruitment process and strengthen the company’s name as an attractive workplace. The event, which lasted for 2 days from 25-26 October, discussed various interesting topics, ranging from the importance of employer branding in attracting prospective employees, the use of technology in the recruitment process, to tips for building a positive company culture.
Ms. Lisa Andu, an HRD expert, said, “Employer branding is not just about promotion, but also about creating a positive employee experience. Companies need to show the values they uphold and how those values are translated into everyday life in the company.“
