PT. CITRA PUTRA KEBUN ASRI (CPKA) was established in July 2003 on the initiative of Mrs. Rosita S. Kalianda, starting with a 30-hectare oil palm plantation located in Sei Jelai Village, Tambang Ulang District, Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan. Legally, the company was founded on August 3, 2006, following the approval of the deed of amendment to the articles of association of a limited liability company by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia No. C-23951 HT. 01.04.Th 2006, and was recorded in the database of the Directorate General of General Legal Administration on August 15, 2006. Subsequently, the company was reorganized in accordance with modern plantation management principles. By 2009, PT. CPKA had a potential area of 3,000 hectares distributed across Jorong Village (1,500 hectares), Pemuda Village (600 hectares), Alur Village (500 hectares), and Sawarangan Village (500 hectares).

PT. CPKA received a deed of amendment to the Articles of Association of the Limited Liability Company from the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, effective August 3, 2006. PT. CPKA is engaged in the business of oil palm plantations and palm oil mills (PKS), with its main plantation located in Jorong Village, Jorong District, Tanah Laut Regency. The company is headquartered at Jl. Simpang Sei Mesa Banjarmasin, and a Palm Oil Mill with a capacity of 30 tons/hour was established on June 17, 2013, commencing operations on September 13, 2014.
